In addition, CoolPeel and RedTouch treatments receive steep savings for Black Card Members.

We are humans just like you and understand that sometimes life gets in the way or time flies by and you forget to book your next appointment. If you have an appointment scheduled, we ask for 24 hours’ notice to cancel or rebook your appointment. If for some reason we cannot rebook you within the same month, you will not lose your treatment credit. We just ask for you to use your credits within 6 months of your membership ending.

Although we are flexible, we do ask for mutual respect. No shows will have a credit used for appointments that don’t give us advance notice.

Yes — select advanced treatments have annual limits to ensure optimal results and treatment spacing.

Microneedling

Black Card Members may receive up to two (2) microneedling treatments per 12-month menbership period at the member rate.

• Additional microneedling treatments may be booked by redeeming two membership credits per treatment (no additional savings apply), or

• Members may access additional microneedling sessions at 15% off the regular price, apply one membership toward the cost, and pay the remaining balance at the time of treatment.

Photofacials

Photofacials are limited to three (3) treatments per 12-month membership period.

• Additional photofacial treatments may be booked at 15% off the regular price. One membership credit may be applied, with the remaining balance due on the day of treatment.

These limits allow us to maintain treatment integrity while still offering flexibility and preferred pricing for our Black Card Members.

Please note:

The retail discount is not set to 15% off regular priced items. You must have an active membership to receive the discount. Your membership is considered active 30 days past the last membership fee payment.

Account credits will only be held for 3 months after the annual membership is set to end. Please use your credits up before they expire.

Yes. Because our Membership price saves you money on almost every treatment, we require an annual commitment.

Memberships can be paid monthly or be paid in full upfront. We do require a credit card or Visa/Debit to charge the membership fee on the 1st of each month.

This said, some clients prefer to pay their membership fee all at once. This still provides them with access to 12 treatments and they may choose to use more than one treatment in a given month. For example, if a client wants to do laser hair removal on their full legs, they can book both their upper and lower legs in the same appointment, and two treatment credits are used for this appointment. This allows clients to collapse time frames and potentially reach their aesthetic goals sooner.
