Microneedling, also known as Collagen Induction Therapy, is a sought after treatment here in Warman!

In addition to its collagen induction abilities, microneedling can deliver topicals via micro-channels created during the treatment, which allow for deeper penetration into the skin’s dermis.

Below you’ll find info on exactly how microneedling works.

Microneedling treatments use a handheld device that has very fine, small sterilized needles at one end which create micro-injuries in the skin. During treatment, we control how deep this device penetrates the skin, so that we can effectively address specific issues like scarring, stretch marks, fine lines and wrinkles, and pigmentation.

During a microneedling treatment, we create micro-injuries to trigger skin cells to create a wound healing response. Then, during the wound healing process, collagen and elastin are stimulated to improve the appearance of skin — helping it look smoother, healthier and firmer.

Studies have shown that 4 microneedling treatments performed 1 month apart can increase collagen and elastin by 400%. It’s no wonder that microneedling is a great prejuvenation and rejuvenation treatment for all skin types!

Ready to book your first microneedling treatment? Great! You can do so below. And if you’re planning on making the pretty quick commute from Saskatoon or elsewhere to Warman, there’s ample parking available in our lot.
